General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jiawin platform and its services. By browsing the jiawin website (https://jiawin.cam) or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation Requirements

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any use of your account by another person. If you suspect a security breach on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jiawin reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when required. A National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-approved identity document may be requested for verification. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

• Clear photos of both sides of the identity document may need to be provided.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be requested to verify your address.
• jiawin will take a reasonable amount of time to complete the information verification process.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the jiawin platform is ৳500, and this applies to all payment methods. The currently available payment methods are:

• bKash — the most widely used mobile banking service in Bangladesh
• Nagad — the digital payment service of the postal department
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — the mobile payment service of United Commercial Bank
• Direct bank transfer — from any scheduled bank

The deposit process is generally instant. However, bank transfers may take a little longer.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a successful withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, until verification is complete.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress on the account, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
• For large withdrawal amounts, additional verification may be required until identity verification is complete.
• jiawin reserves the right to reject or suspend any withdrawal request if unusual activity is detected on a user's account.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jiawin offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance will be ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 → receive ৳5,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳13,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means withdrawals can only be made after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without fulfilling the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• jiawin reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel bonus offers at its discretion.
• If it appears that a user is abusing the bonus system, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Various promotional bonuses may have their own separate terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The outcome of all bets on jiawin is determined by the result of the relevant game and the software of the game provider. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All odds will be determined according to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, action on that bet will be taken in accordance with jiawin's established policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jiawin reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.3 Casino Games

jiawin's casino games are operated by certified game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi). The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiawin platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account or bypassing the verification process by providing false or incorrect information.
• Abusing the bonus system — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or via third parties.
• Placing bets or playing games using any form of hacking, bots, or automated software.

jiawin may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Refusal to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial transactions on the account.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If any bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled at the time of account closure, that bonus balance will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

jiawin's services are provided on an "as is" basis. jiawin accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of bets or disruption to games caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by server problems or errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from a user sharing their own login details with another person.
• Service disruption due to force majeure (unforeseen accidents, natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
